In the 2021 Fringe Season, Secret Recipes will host three immersive cultural experiences that explore shared traditions and new stories, while indulging in a mouth-watering meal.
- 27 February – our first Secret Recipes experience will be led by First Nations chefs exploring native foods
- 6 March – an established migrant community restaurant will host the next journey, exploring Ethiopian cuisine
- 20 March – a refugee-run family business will finish the season, exploring Persian cuisine
